Fully Welded Filter Bags come in variety of needlefelt materials: polyester, polypropylene and
nylon. All seams are welded rather than sewn, and combined with either
of our positive sealing moulded bypass free (polypropylene or polyester)
welded rings, no process liquid can bypass through needle holes.
Our monofilament mesh bags are constructed of single, untwisted
threads, that are woven with evenly-spaced holes for better strength,
perfectly suited for precise sifting, straining and classifying.
A wide assortment of collar and ring types are available to
ensure compatibility with most bag vessels on the market. Standard is
our polymeric ring which provides a complete hermetic closure, and its
selfaligning design eliminates the sealing concerns of traditional steel
rings.
